We also believe in preserving our woodland and not having events every weekend,
making us even more special as we only hold a very select few events each year.

Roundoak now hold a ceremonies legal licence so everything can done under our tree canopy.
This way we can be more relaxed about our venue hire, and give you time over 3 days to create your magical event.
We will discuss with you, your vision for your event with everythig we off including a great selection of quirky add ons like no other!
Roundoak is a family run business, where we all get involved in various events, from catering, bar hire, wedding planning or even parking on the day, we are here to make your event run as smoothly as possible.

We let you have free reign of suppliers, however we can give some great recommendations of who we have worked with previously and give 5* service.
You will need to consider if you wish a wedding structure like a Tipi, toilet hire and caterer

What a fantastic place! We came for the lambing weekend and were rewarded with many rare breeds of cattle, swine and sheep. Had a good long chat with the owner and I totally agree not to open it up daily/weekends. Now and then is perfect, especially when I know how much work goes into animal care. I bet you have many a happy wedding party come through with the covered bar and that awesome (plumbed in) forest kitchen!!! 😀 A+++ from us, we'll be back to see more animals as small grows up. Stunning woodland events venue. We work with the lovely family who own and run the events here and it’s always a pleasure! Would strongly recommend anyone looking to get married here or hold an event to take peace of mind in knowing this is one of the best venues in the South East.
